		User Agreement
		1. Foreword The Open Space Worldscape is an Internet service that collects and displays information about Open Space Technology events worldwide. It aims at spreading the use of Open Space Technology. 2. Using the service All users can enter data about Open Space Technology events that they have facilitated. If a user has entered less than 10 events she/he will pay a basic fee of EUR 5 every six months. 3. Sharing expenses Users share expenses in proportion to the number of events that they entered. The administrator divides all expenses incurred by the total number of events recorded in the Open Space Worldscape on June 1st and December 1st of every year. This results is a fee per event. The biannual fee for each user results from multiplying the number of events that user entered by the fee per event. Expenses include fees paid to the Internet service provider and necessary updates made by the webmas-ter. The work of the administrator is a voluntary contribution. Each user receives an invoice on June 1st and December 1st of every year. The invoice is to be paid to the indicated bank within 2 weeks. Unpaid invoices lead to blockage of the users account until the invoice has been paid. 4. Content All user assure that they have unlimited copyright regarding the data entered. Especially the copyright on photographs that may affect personality rights of other individuals displayed on these photographs. If a user infringes on the personal rights of other individuals, he has to assure that Jochen Töpfer is not re-sponsible for claims of third party individuals immediately after Jochen Töpfer has requested to be freed from all responsibility. As administrator Jochen Töpfer is authorized to edit the content of the website. 5. Terms of usage and termination The user contract is valid until terminated by either party. Termination is possible at any time. The ad-ministrator deletes the entire content of the specific user after termination of the contract and invoices the final payment. After that this contract expires.
