Our community, English-Language Arts Network, has grown considerably over the past five years. It was time to gather and think about priorities, look at what works well or doesn`t and how we could better work together. Open Space allowed us to first explore possibilities, then let priorities emerge and work on it. In this type of meeting, passions reveal themselves, human relations are at the center and happen organically. There is no directed process, no recipe to follow other than fundamentals principles and the law of two feet, so results emerge from the group itself.
