The day was intended to provide a catalyst for change in the way the organization does business, in the run up to a physical office relocation anticipated for 2009 or early 2010. Staff acknowledged that, at the outset, they were skeptical about the level of participation which would occur or whether the group could produce such solid results in only one day. At the end of the day and during subsequent de-briefs, participants unanimously agreed the day was a success in its stated goals.
